Detailed Product Description

The De-dusting system is used to remove the loose particles / dust present on the receiving materials, which will be brought into the warehousing area before they are transferred into the quarantine area.

Sequence of Operation:
1) Vehicle arrives and docks at receiving bay.
2) An operator starts the de-dusting chambers blowers first and then Conveyor by pushing the buttons on the push button station.
3) Loose material (one at a time) is manually loaded onto the conveyor.
4) The material passes through the de-dusting chamber and on the exit side. These are again manually retrieved from the conveyor for further movements
